HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?
All items are sent using Royal Mail standard delivery. Our pet plaques are posted as large letters to the UK and small parcels overseas. If you would like to add tracking, please get in touch as the price rises significantly.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes we do! We offer delivery to the United States, Canada and selected European Countries.
I DON'T HAVE PAYPAL, CAN I STILL MAKE A PURCHASE?
Yes you can. Although you will be directed to the PayPal payment page, you can purchase using a debit/credit card through this link. You don't have to have a PayPal account to use this service as a guest and all transactions are made securely.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?
As you can appreciate, made to order items take slightly longer to complete. We ask that you allow up to 10 working days for us to create and dispatch your order. This can be slightly longer at very busy times of the year. We will update the website accordingly.
CAN I ADAPT MY SIGN?
Absolutely! Each item that we make is made to the customers specifications.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We will certainly try! Please email with your special request and we will do our best to accommodate.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately, because our items are made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns. We work closely with the customer to ensure they are receiving exactly what they would like. We cannot accept returns due to a change of heart.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AND WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE OR IS DAMAGED?
We post using standard delivery which doesn't include a tracking option. If you would like to add tracking, please get in touch as the postage cost is higher. In the unlikely event your parcel arrives faulty, we would require you to forward a photograph of the damaged item and packaging and we will replace or advise at our discretion.
If your parcel gets lost in the postal system, we would need to be notified within 21 days from the dispatch date. We obtain proof of postage for all orders sent and once your parcel is handed over, the fault then lies with RM.
